Variation Rules

  • Write 3 variants per email step (A/B/C test)
  • Rotate subject lines across variants
  • Personalize first line per prospect
  • Keep follow-ups shorter than initial email

Cadence Guidelines

  • Email: Min 2 days between sends
  • LinkedIn: Min 1 day between actions
  • Phone: Max 2 attempts per week
  • Total touches: 8-12 over 21 days

Exit Conditions

  • Positive reply → Route to SDR
  • Meeting booked → Exit sequence
  • Unsubscribe → Immediate exit
  • Bounce → Remove and flag
  • No response after full sequence → Nurture list
