Framework: PAS (Problem-Agitation-Solution)

Subject Line Rules

  • Keep under 40 characters
  • Personalize with {{firstName}} or {{companyName}}
  • Avoid spam triggers: "free", "guarantee", "act now"
  • Test curiosity vs. direct approaches

Body Structure

  1. Hook (1 sentence) — Reference something specific about them
  2. Problem (1-2 sentences) — Name the pain point
  3. Agitation (1 sentence) — Quantify the cost of inaction
  4. Solution (1-2 sentences) — How you solve it
  5. CTA (1 sentence) — Low-friction ask
