How It Works

When potential clients submit a JotForm inquiry, their information is automatically saved to Google Sheets and they receive a welcome message on WhatsApp. An AI agent then handles scheduling conversations to book consultation appointments directly to Google Calendar.

New client inquiry triggers the workflow when someone fills out the intake form with their contact details and legal service needs.
