Form submission triggers workflow

Workflow activates when someone submits an inquiry form containing name, email, WhatsApp number, company, and help request details.

AI generates personalized message

OpenAI creates a customized WhatsApp message addressing the lead by first name and including relevant questions based on their inquiry.

Send WhatsApp message via Unipile

The personalized message is sent to the lead's WhatsApp number using Unipile API, which allows messaging without prior chat history.

Log results to Google Sheets

Successful messages are logged to a Success sheet with chat details, while failed messages are recorded in a Failed sheet with error reasons.
