Runs daily at 8 AM to find opportunities that have been in the same stage for a specified number of days and are not closed.

Retrieves complete opportunity information including recent notes, primary contact, and opportunity owner from Salesforce.

Generate AI-powered follow-up content

Sends deal data to OpenAI model which returns personalized email content, SMS template, Slack summary, and task details in JSON format.

Send follow-up email to client

Automatically sends the AI-generated personalized follow-up email to the opportunity contact via SMTP.

Notify sales team via Slack

Posts a concise summary of the stale deal and follow-up action to the designated Slack channel for team visibility.

Create Salesforce task
