Initialize data table and select validated leads

Creates an internal tracking table and selects leads from Google Sheets where email validation status equals OK.

Check for existing companies in Airtable

Searches Airtable CRM to determine if each company already exists to decide whether to create new records or update existing ones.

Create or update company records

Creates new company records for non-existing companies or updates existing records. Logs duplicates that require manual review.

Generate and email execution report

Compiles import statistics including records read, created, and updated, then sends a summary report via Gmail.
